The CENTURY 21 System is known and recognized for innovative

Century21.com. These commercials provide specific situations

that reduces the stress and frustration often involved in the home
buying and selling transaction. Continuing a tone that is both
approachable and engaging to viewers, these spots will again use humor
to differentiate the brand among the clutter of creative messaging
present on TV programming. This new creative campaign will be introduced
in March and will run through the balance of our media flight.
We are excited to announce the launch of a comprehensive print advertising
plan for CENTURY 21 Real Estate that will target two key opportunity
markets: First Time Homebuyers and the Luxury Market. Multiple executions
were created for use based on publication, to best relate to readers
mindset. Sample publications include: targeting first time
homebuyers - Lucky, Brides, Parenting and targeting luxury home
market - Architectural Digest, Robb Report, Town & Country. The luxury
market advertising focus is on CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates.
With more and more homebuyers and sellers looking to the Internet to
begin their real estate process, it is necessary to have a strong online
presence. In an effort to continue expanding the consideration of
CENTURY 21 Real Estate offices among both first time homebuyers, the
largest group of homebuyers, and the luxury home market, relationships
continue to be established where we can provide CENTURY 21 content and
links on popular relevant tools and services on Century21.com,
to increase traffic to site and offices.
