This Internet-based network helps you build quality broker-to-broker referral business with other activated CENTURY 21® offices as well as those within the COLDWELL BANKER® and ERA® networks. Offices may also receive consumer leads from corporate driven programs. As a top-notch technology platform, CGRN provides for the efficient placement, tracking, and management of broker-to-broker referrals and guarantees the referral fee on transactions sent through, accepted and closed through the network. Referral fees are negotiable on broker-to-broker leads through the network, ranging from 15% to 40%. Offices have complete discretion when choosing an office for their outbound referral.
